GROWTHERAKART – LICENSE TRANSFER POLICY

This License Transfer Policy is issued by Nextera World (OPC) Private Limited, which operates the official online
shopping and direct-selling platform www.growtherakart.com.
This policy is prepared in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Direct Selling) Rules, 2021, and
applicable laws of India. It defines the procedure and conditions under which a distributor’s GrowtheraKart Business ID
(“License”) may be transferred to a pre-registered nominee upon the distributor’s demise.
1. Purpose of This Policy
The primary objectives of this policy are:
- To ensure smooth and lawful transfer of the distributor’s GrowtheraKart Business ID to an eligible nominee.
- To provide financial continuity and support to the family of the deceased distributor.
- To allow the direct-selling business benefits to continue based strictly on genuine product sales even after the distributor’s death.
2. Eligibility for License Transfer
A License transfer request will be considered only if all the following conditions are met:
- The distributor was active within the last 12 months preceding the date of death.
- A nominee must have been pre-registered in the distributor’s profile via the online portal or written declaration.
- The nominee must be a blood relative or legally married spouse of the deceased distributor.
- The nominee must be 18 years or older and must provide valid KYC documents, including:
- Aadhaar Card
- Pan Card
- Bank Account details with IFSC
- There must be no pending legal, compliance, financial, or fraud investigations against the distributor’s ID.
The company reserves the right to verify eligibility at all stages.
3. License Transfer Process
- Step 1 — Intimation to the Company
The nominee must formally report the distributor’s death through:
- Email: care@growtherakart.com
- Company’s official grievance portal
- Step 2 — Temporary ID Suspension
Upon receiving the intimation, the distributor’s GrowtheraKart Business ID will be temporarily blocked to prevent misuse until verification is complete.
- Step 3 — Mandatory Document Submission
The nominee must submit the following documents:
- Government-issued Death Certificate of the distributor
- Self-attested Aadhaar and PAN of the nominee
- Cancelled cheque or bank passbook copy
- Recent passport-size photograph of the nominee
- Any additional documents reasonably requested by the company for verification
- Step 4 — Company Verification
The company will review and verify:
- The nominee’s identity
- Authenticity of documents
- Eligibility as per this policy
Compliance status of the deceased distributor’s ID
- Step 5 — License Transfer Agreement
If approved:
- A formal License Transfer Agreement will be issued to the nominee.
- The GrowtheraKart Business ID will be legally transferred to the nominee.
- All incentives will continue strictly in accordance with actual and legitimate product sales.
- All business terms, conditions, responsibilities, and compliance obligations will remain identical to those applicable to the original distributor.
4. General Conditions & Company Rights
- This License Transfer Policy is a voluntary goodwill benefit extended by Nextera World (OPC) Private Limited. It does not constitute a statutory or legal right.
- The company may reject the transfer request under the following circumstances:
- No nominee was pre-registered by the distributor.
- Required documents are incomplete, invalid, or unverifiable.
- Pending legal, fraud, or compliance issues are identified.
- The decision of Nextera World (OPC) Private Limited shall be final and binding.
- The company reserves the right to amend, modify, or withdraw this policy at its discretion.
5. Ethical Work Requirement
All distributors, including nominees after transfer, must:
- Work honestly and lawfully.
- Avoid misleading, misinforming, or deceiving customers or team members.
- Strictly follow all company rules, policies, and operational guidelines.
6. Prohibition Against Misuse of Policies
Distributors shall not:
- Misuse, manipulate, or abuse the return, refund, grievance, or license transfer policy.
- Submit false information, forged documents, or fraudulent claims.
- Engage in any act that harms the reputation or interests of the company.
Any violation may result in disciplinary action, including termination of distributorship and/or legal proceedings.
7. Behaviour and Professional Conduct
Distributors must maintain:
- Respectful and courteous communication with customers, nominees, team members, and company officials.
- Professional, ethical, and responsible behavior at all times.
- Zero tolerance for abusive, rude, threatening, or unprofessional conduct.
