GrowtheraKart is the authorized online shopping and direct-selling platform operated exclusively by Nextera World (OPC) Private Limited.

This Code of Ethics & Conduct establishes the mandatory standards of behaviour for all Independent Distributors, ensuring ethical business practices, legal compliance, and fair customer dealings.

1. Declaration by Independent Distributor

By participating in the GrowtheraKart Direct Selling Network, I hereby declare and affirm that:
  • 1.1 Compliance & Conduct
    - I will comply with all rules, policies, terms, and official communications issued by Nextera World (OPC) Private Limited.
    - I will represent the company truthfully in all meetings, training, public interactions, and online communication.
    - I will always maintain polite, respectful, and professional behaviour toward customers, prospects, and fellow distributors.
  • 1.2 Honesty & Transparency
    - I will provide accurate, complete, and truthful information regarding products, benefits, and the GrowtheraKart business model.
    - I will strictly follow the company’s Return, Refund & Replacement Policy.
    - I will never make false, exaggerated, misleading, or unverified claims about income, success, or product performance.
  • 1.3 Ethical Use of the Network
    - I will not promote, sell, or advertise products of any other company using the GrowtheraKart network, channels, or resources.
    - I will not pressure, force, threaten, manipulate, or mislead any customer or prospect into making a purchase.
    - I will ensure that customers fully understand product features, usage guidelines, benefits, and applicable policies before making a purchase.
  • 1.4 Compliance with Laws
    - I will follow all applicable laws and the Consumer Protection (Direct Selling) Rules, 2021.
    - I understand that the company may modify policies at any time, and I am responsible for staying updated via www.growtherakart.com.

2. Rules & Regulations

  • 2.1 Distributor Obligations
    - All information shared with customers must match the company’s official materials, presentations, website content, and approved guidelines.
    - Distributors must complete all mandatory training and adhere to compliance requirements.
    - Any communication, online or offline, must protect the reputation of Nextera World (OPC) Private Limited.
  • 2.2 Updates & Notifications
    - The company may revise policies or operational guidelines as required.
    - Distributors must check the official website regularly and follow updated instructions immediately.

3. Product Quality & Guarantee

The company may offer replacement only in the following cases:
  • A genuine manufacturing defect is confirmed, or
  • The product is damaged before delivery due to company-side logistics.
Replacement will NOT be provided for:
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse, negligence, or improper handling
  • Expired products
  • Products altered or tampered with after delivery
Refunds, returns, and replacements shall strictly follow the official company policy.

4. Cross Sponsoring (Strictly Prohibited)

  • Cross sponsoring, cross recruitment, or any attempt to manipulate network structure is strictly prohibited.
  • If any distributor is found involved, the company may take strict action, including suspension or permanent termination of distributorship.

5. Prohibited Activities

Distributors are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following:
  • 5.1 Financial Misconduct
    - Taking loans, advances, or money in the name of the company.
    - Asking customers to pay cash, UPI, or transfer funds to personal accounts for company purchases.
    - Offering unauthorized discounts, schemes, or packages.
  • 5.2 Misrepresentation
    - Claiming to be an employee, agent, franchise holder, or official partner of the company.
    - Signing, editing, or using any document on behalf of the company without written authorization.
    - Selling, promoting, or endorsing other companies’ products through the GrowtheraKart network.
    - Making false claims regarding product benefits or business income
  • 5.3 Unethical Behaviour
    - Using rude, abusive, threatening, or unprofessional language
    - Spreading misinformation or negatively influencing customers
    - Manipulating, misleading, or emotionally pressuring individuals to join or purchase

6. Distributor Work Ethics

Every GrowtheraKart distributor must:
  • Work with honesty, integrity, and accountability
  • Avoid fraud, shortcuts, or any form of unethical behaviour
  • Attend company trainings and comply with all guidelines
  • Show respect toward uplines and provide fair support to downlines
  • Maintain discipline and professional communication at all times
  • Protect the goodwill, image, and reputation of Nextera World (OPC) Private Limited

7. Termination of Distributorship

Nextera World (OPC) Private Limited reserves the right to terminate a distributor’s ID without prior notice if:
  • False or misleading information is provided
  • Any company policy, rule, agreement, or legal guideline is violated
  • Fraud, cheating, manipulation, or unethical behaviour is reported or verified
  • The reputation of the company is damaged through online, offline, or social media activities
  • Cross sponsoring or unauthorized selling activities occur
  • Confidential company information is leaked, shared, or misused
Termination may be immediate and irreversible depending on the severity of the violation.

Final Note

This Code of Ethics & Conduct is binding on all Independent Distributors.
By participating in the GrowtheraKart opportunity, each distributor agrees to uphold these principles and support the ethical growth of the network.
